Rate Details
Rates are for 2 people. $30.00 charge for each guest over 2 per month. $2.00 charge for each guest over 2 per day. Maximum of 6 people per site. Wi-Fi (wireless internet) and Basic Cable TV included. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Electricity
Weekly and monthly guests are metered at $.15 per KWH.
Late Fees
$25.00 late fee beginning 5 days after due date, plus an additional $5.00 per day thereafter.
Returned Checks
All returned checks will have a $30.00 charge.
